Dr. Sherman's nonprofit serves women in the broader community — and was named Non-Profit of the Year in 2024.
Some women will never be in the audience at a conference.
They're working two jobs. They're in recovery. They're raising children alone, or rebuilding after something that took everything. Intimate Altar Wellness exists so that emotional wellness reaches them too — free, unhurried, and without a filter.
The next chapter is a permanent center: a physical place where women can come to rest, be supported, and be well. That building is the vision this mission is walking toward.
